Stephen Di Clemente

After graduation he excelled at his legal practice in Criminal Defence Trial Advocacy (2013). Mr. Di Clemente has an excellent track record of defending numerous individuals with serious charges ranging from murder, firearm offences, sexual assault of a minor, importation of drugs, drug trafficking and countless guns and gang related prosecutions. His caseload is geared towards advocating for his clients who have the most critical and sensitive legal charges administered from the Criminal Code of Canada. In addition, Stephen has extensive jury trial and “judge-alone” trial experience in all levels of court.
